GPA’s first outreach was sending a shipment carrying thousands of pounds of clothing, furniture, and food overseas in December 2007 to the Dominican Republic and collaborate with Rev. Israel Suarez and Nation Association Charities in response to “Hurricane Joel”.  GPA aided families whose homes were destroyed by this catastrophic event. After our first visit, the small town of Rafael became our first mission.

The concert on March 27, 2009 with the international artist “Jesus Adrian Romero” in the Germain Arena was a life changing experience. This was the greatest hispanic faith-based event in the history of SWFL. Thousands of people were united and impacted in this amazing nght of worship.

The event on August 29, 2009 held at Faith Assembly Church with Marcela Gandara and Eric Lopez was a remarkable event. We are thankful for the help and support we have received from the local community who have seen and taken our vision to heart.

Secretary of the Board

Tatiana leads God’s Purpose in Action Ministry’s Secretarial office. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from San Buenaventura University in Medellin, Colombia. She has passionate heart for missions and has been a tremendous asset to our organization.

Events Cordinator

Jaime Taveras directs the department of concert and events. He is a certified minister of the Assemblies of God and a graduate of IGNITE’s 9-month internship program. Currently he continues his studies in Florida Gulf Coast University where he pursues his calling in music ministry.

Marketing/Sponsorships

Robert Santana leads the department of Marketing & Sponsorship. Santana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Radiological Sciences from Puerto Rico University. He oversees private donor engagement and fund raising, including the acquisition, growth, and servicing of corporate and individual donor relationships.
